Theme sessions:

November 30, 2019: Deadline for theme session proposals.
December 7, 2019: Notification of provisional acceptance of theme session proposals.
January 20, 2020: Deadline for individual theme session papers through EasyChair (see “Submission guidelines”). EXTENDED DEADLINE
March 10, 2020: Notification of acceptance of individual theme session papers.

General session:

January 20, 2020: Deadline for general session proposals. EXTENDED DEADLINE
March 10, 2020: Notification of acceptance of general session proposals.
November 22, 2021: Deadline for general session proposals.
February 18, 2022: Notification of acceptance of general session proposals.
